Formerly operating as AAG Property Management, our company has grown and evolved leading to a rebrand that reflects who we are today and the values that guide how we serve.
While our name has changed, our commitment to excellence, professionalism, and caring management remains the same. As part of this growth, KindKeys Property Management now operates as its own licensed brokerage under the leadership of its founder and broker.
Beginning January 2026, all property management services are proudly provided under the KindKeys Property Management brand.

KindKeys Property Management was founded through years of hands-on experience managing residential and investment properties throughout San Diego County. As our portfolio, systems, and vision expanded, we recognized the need for a brand that more clearly reflected our heart, purpose, and approach to property management.
Formerly known as AAG Property Management, we rebranded to KindKeys Property Management to better align with our mission: to serve property owners and residents with integrity, diligence, and kindness treating real estate not just as an asset, but as a responsibility.
This rebrand represents growth, refinement, and intentionality not a change in service quality or leadership. Our clients continue to work with the same experienced management team, supported by improved systems, a dedicated brokerage structure, and a clearer brand identity.

With years of hands-on experience managing residential and investment properties throughout San Diego County, Ayari has built KindKeys on the belief that real estate is not simply a business but a responsibility.
Rooted in integrity, transparency, and stewardship, Ayari leads with a faith-driven approach that values ethical decision-making, clear communication, and thoughtful care for every property entrusted to her team. She believes success is measured not only by performance, but by how faithfully owners, residents, and communities are served.
Under her leadership, KindKeys has grown intentionally - remaining boutique by design to ensure personalized service, proactive management, and genuine relationships. Ayari is deeply committed to maintaining open lines of communication and managing each property with diligence, accountability, and respect.
Guided by her faith, Ayari continually strives for spiritual and personal growth, allowing those values to shape how challenges are handled, commitments are honored, and trust is built. The rebrand to KindKeys Property Management reflects this evolution- a clearer expression of the heart, purpose, and values that have always guided her work.
Outside of property management, Ayari cherishes time with her husband, Guillermo, their daughter, Alexis, and their two puppies, Princess and Shrek. Family and faith remain central to her life and are the foundation from which KindKeys was created.
